ARS Mates Group, which deals with property in major Australian cities, used to track all of their customer’s details in an excel sheet, and the main issue was finding the required information. Due to the lack of a robust Customer Management System, there have been numerous instances of miscommunication. In addition, the client-related material was difficult to work with.

ARS mates property group is a team of passionate professionals who share a common goal of helping people achieve their long term financial goals. Being a new company in the market, ARS felt they need to re organize themselves and look at the bigger picture.

For the ARS Mates Group, we use React for custom application development. A dashboard, event management, email management, document management, and user management with various roles were all implemented. ARS can now handle all customer-related data and track their phase, assign tasks, and schedule meetings using a single platform.
